However, if you were to search the internet for Lead Generation, you would get a lot of information, but not all of it will be appropriate for the beginner.
Before you start, you need to know what your competitors are doing and what they are offering their customers. This means taking some time to do research and seeing if you can offer more to your customers, as an incentive to choose your business.
You also want to know what type of questions are being asked and if you can give better or more helpful answers, than your competitors.
